Pay Structure:

• Drivers earn 27-30% of gross revenue, depending on their experience.

Bonuses:

Inspection Bonuses:

• $300 for passing a Level I inspection.
• $200 for passing a Level II inspection.
• $100 for passing a Level III inspection.

Toll Road Bonuses: Compensation for avoiding toll roads.

Requirements for Owner-Operators

• Clean Record: Must have a clean driving record.
• Truck Condition: Truck must be in good technical condition.
• Certifications: Valid CDL license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
